Regardless of whether you rush through the story or take your time to explore the optional dungeons and side quests before facing Lilith and completing the main story, there is a significant amount of additional content waiting for you in the Post Game. This is true even if you complete the main story. On the other hand, it is possible that none of the recently added capabilities and difficulties will be immediately apparent.

It doesn't matter where or when you start these new adventures; we've got you covered either way because we have all of the essential information that you'll need to start the grind toward level 100 and becoming the most powerful adventurer in the land and we have it all covered. After you have finished the main storyline of the game, you will have access to a number of exciting new features. Some of these new features are described in more detail below. You will be able to participate in it multiple times, and it will turn into a recurring source of increased experience gain and loot for you to obtain.

After the events of the story have been resolved, the Tree of Whispers will provide a variety of different bounties for players to claim. These bounties could include anything from dungeon bosses to world bosses and even more. In our comprehensive guide to the Tree of Whispers, you'll come across even more insightful tips and information.

Gaining Paragon Points

Even though it is not necessary for you to have completed the main story in order to make use of this feature, it is highly likely that you will have reached level 50 after completing all of the Main Acts. This is because this feature is unlocked after you have completed the main story. When your character reaches level 50, the Paragon Board will become available to them, expanding the customization options available to them beyond just their primary skills. In order to plan your priority list, you should make sure to spend some time carefully scanning the board. This is because the skills you use may have a significant impact on the path you choose to take when building out your character. If you're looking for even more advice that can assist you with planning, have a look at our explanation of Paragon Points and Boards. Capstone Dungeons are a new type of challenging dungeon event that was introduced in Diablo 4, and they are only able to be tackled once your character has reached a certain level of overall power. These dungeons are only accessible to players whose characters have reached a certain level of overall power. When you have reached level 50, level 75, and level 100, respectively, you will be able to enter these challenging Dungeons and face their respective Bosses.

Not only are the Capstone Dungeons necessary for the continuation of the story, but they are also essential for gaining access to new content and features that would otherwise remain unavailable. If you do not complete the Capstone Dungeons, you will not be able to access these new content and features.

Instead, in order to access the Nightmare difficulty of World Tier 3, you will need to complete the first Capstone Dungeon, which becomes available once the player reaches level 50, and you will need to do so while playing on Tier 2's difficulty. This is required in order to gain access to the Nightmare difficulty of World Tier 3. To advance to World Tier 4, which has an even higher difficulty level, you will need to clear the second Capstone Dungeon at level 75 while you are still on World Tier 3! This will allow you to progress to the next difficulty level. You spend some time reviewing our guide, which contains information on all of the World Tier Bonuses and Challenges that are currently available.

Helltide Events
In Diablo 4, large portions of the open world will play host to demonic invasions. This is one of the more alluring events that can be unlocked by playing the game on the World Tier 3 difficulty setting.

You can acquire new items by defeating enemies, opening chests, and harvesting plants. Some examples of these new items include Forgotten Souls, Fiend Roses, and Abberant Cinders. If you consult our Helltide World Event Guide, you will find additional information on how to make the most of your time in these regions. You'll need the Abberant Cinders that you get for completing events in a Helltide in order to buy these, but they're worth it because they give you access to better gear.

Glyphs of Mysterious Origin and Dungeons of Nightmares

  • Once you have reached World Tier 3, you will be able to acquire Nightmare Sigils and make your way through the extremely difficult Nightmare Dungeons

  • This is the final significant feature that will become available to you at this point

  • In addition, each Sigil comes with a list of various positive and negative modifiers that will become active once the Nightmare difficulty level of the dungeon has been completed

  • These modifiers can either help or hinder your progress through the dungeon

These dungeons, as you might anticipate, can be very challenging, and they only allow a certain number of revives, but the rewards will be very good if you are successful in completing them.
