On-site Machining Story 23 in 2024
Facing the high temperatures of 40°C this summer, our machining team has once again embarked on a journey, arriving at Jiangsu Lianjin Special Equipment. This time, we were tasked with repairing numerous RF high-pressure flanges on chemical filtration equipment, all custom-ordered by a Russian client. We provided our FE12 flange facing machine with an external clamping installation, capable of machining from zero start and utilizing aerospace-grade aluminum alloy materials. This lightweight equipment successfully completed the task, and the client was highly satisfied.
