The Ravens were mistakenly under the impre sion that rookie minicamp was exempt from the rule prohibiting full pads. Once players union rep Ben Watson clarified the i sue, the Ravens reportedly pulled their players off the field. The Ravens previously violated rules "concerning the intensity and tempo of drills" in 2010.
